Firestone Feast Firestone Feast

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 May 2026 -- Preliminary version

1. Scope

Firestone Feast is an editorial site (articles, newsletter) and a future digital product publisher (ebook, masterclass). These terms govern your use of the site, the newsletter, the lead magnets, and any paid product.

2. Editorial content

The recipes, techniques, and stories we publish are educational and inspirational, not professional cooking instructions for commercial use. Open-fire cooking carries risks (burns, smoke inhalation, wildfire spread). Always follow local fire regulations and use common sense.

3. Foraging disclaimer

Any wild edibles mentioned (mushrooms, herbs, plants) are described with our best knowledge but are not a substitute for expert field identification. Do not eat anything you have not personally verified or that has not been verified by a qualified mycologist or botanist. We are not liable for misidentification.

4. Affiliate and sponsored content

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you purchase through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We participate in Amazon Associates, REI, Backcountry, Patagonia, Yeti, and a small set of outdoor brand partner programs. Sponsored content is always disclosed inline.

5. Newsletter

The fireside letter is sent weekly (typically Sunday morning). You can unsubscribe with one click in any email. We do not sell, share, or rent email addresses.

6. Future paid products

Ebooks (such as "Fire Cooking Fundamentals", coming Q3 2026) are sold via Gumroad. Masterclass courses (planned 2027) will be sold via Teachable or Podia. Both platforms provide their own refund policies. We additionally offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on any digital product purchased directly from us, beyond the platform default.

7. Limitation of liability

Firestone Feast is editorial content for adults. We are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our recipes, techniques, or recommended gear. Cook responsibly. Forage responsibly. Trust your senses and your local experts.

8. Jurisdiction

Italian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the residence of the Data Controller.

These terms are a preliminary version. They will be finalized before public launch Q3 2026.
